About Us
I started Nerheim & Company when I realized that I had a talent for analyzing organizational environments, and designing the processes required to achieve balance, harmony and functionality in the workplace.
It all begins with an understanding of what you – our client – want to achieve with your company. Together, we envision the Big Picture, and then formulate the strategic plan. We work together then to implement that plan and finally we observe, control and modify according to results achieved.
With over 25 years of managerial experience in a variety of industries I have come to know Excellence in Customer Service. Customer Service begins with each and every person in your organization, and I will teach your team how to maximize their service levels in everything they do. The bottom line result will be obvious.
I have been with companies large and small, so I am comfortable in Board Rooms or just sitting on boards. My main objective is improving your company. I work with a broad range of service professionals across industry platforms to structure a custom designed solution for you.
